All our products are made to order, that is why it takes us between 15 and 20 days to produce them. We work with the best courier services to get the product delivered as soon as possible. 

At KAPIO we make our collections in Barcelona with local partners, made to measure and on demand. We do not have stock of most products and they are not usually available for immediate delivery, that is why it takes us between 15 and 20 days to produce and ship them to you. 

1. Formalization of the Order.

Accepted the General Conditions of Contract, and confirmed the purchase to the Client, this will receive an email confirming the order, with the details of the operation.

 

2. Delivery methods and times.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the delivery time will not exceed 15 business days, the usual delivery time being less than 48-72 hours, for shipments within the national territory (Mainland and Balearic Islands) whose order has been processed and confirmed between Monday and Friday.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, KAPIO is not responsible for delays in the dispatch of orders, which may be caused by force majeure, or causes not attributable to the seller, and in particular, for delays attributable to the agency of transportation.

If FIVE (5) business days have elapsed from the order confirmation, the client has not agreed on a delivery date with the transport company. the Client must contact KAPIO.

If the client does not contact KAPIO, the transport company will proceed to return the shipment to the origin of the shipment, the client being the one who must assume the management costs associated with the shipment and return.

In the event of not being able to guarantee the safe shipment of the products, KAPIO reserves the right to restrict the geographical scope of distribution.

3. Diligence in delivery.

The Customer undertakes to check the good condition of the shipment at the time of delivery to the carrier and must reflect any anomaly detected on the delivery note (breakage of security labels, external blows, humidity, etc ...), being able get to refuse delivery.

The Client must inform KAPIO of any incident in the delivery through the email contact@kapio.es, or by postal mail addressed to Ave. República Argentina nº 279,  Barcelona, ​​Zip Code 08023 (Barcelona).

It will be understood that the delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered, the moment in which the Client (or a third party on their behalf), acquires material possession of the product or order, which will be credited by signing the receipt of the order in the agreed delivery address.

 

4. Returns and right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the consumer and user will have access to a period of up to fourteen calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. The calculation of which will begin on the day the Client has received the product that is the object of the contract.

To make a return, or exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must contact KAPIO through the email contact@kapio.es or by post addressed to Ave. República Argentina nº 279 de Barcelona, ​​Zip Code 08023 (Barcelona, Spain), and follow the indications that are communicated to you.

In no case, returns that do not comply with the procedure and channels indicated by KAPIO will be accepted.

It is expressly stated that, under no circumstances, will KAPIO accept the return or the withdrawal of those special, personalized, or commissioned orders. When acquiring such products, such circumstance will be communicated expressly and unequivocally to the Client, so that it can know in advance the impossibility of desisting from the acquisition of such goods. (This is without prejudice to the Client's intention to subsequently modify or personalize the product, which will be subject to the conditions of sale determined by KAPIO, with the prior written consent of the Client).

In no case, will the return of products that have been tampered with or that show signs of use be accepted. It is essential that the products to be returned retain the original packaging (wrapping, documentation, accessories ...). If for any of the causes described, it is not possible to process the return or withdrawal of the product in question, such circumstance will be notified to the Client within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date on which the Client has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, through the channel that the latter has indicated for this purpose.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the Client, KAPIO will return the sums paid by the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the shipping and return costs paid by the Customer will not be reimbursed. The return of these amounts will be made before FOURTEEN (14) calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the Client has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
